As a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS * FRICS), you will be joining this very successful property and asset management company, as a Partner responsible for heading the Building Consultancy (Northern) Division.
You will be responsible for supporting and promoting Building Consultancy throughout the North of England by delivering a high quality service to both partners in the organisation as well as its clients, which include the majority of high street banks.
Your main tasks will be to increase company turnover by successfully developing new business and services, ensuring existing services are refined and improved. This will be achieved through successful project and people management, whilst delivering due diligence, legal and occupational issues and contract administration.
